Secure your PSW home, you’ll sign a Purchase Agreement, provide a Pre-Qualification letter from a lender, and submit a 5% (non-refundable) deposit. We partner with various Preferred Lenders because we are confident that their rates are competitive and will impress you with the same impeccable service we come to expect.
Your Sales Consultant will schedule a selections meeting with you where you’ll choose your options colors (that’s right, we include everything you need, so we only require you to select your colors!). The price you see is the price you’ll pay, not the 10-30% markup you can expect to pay for options on top of other builders’ base home prices.
We host several events throughout the construction process for you to meet and mingle with your future neighbors and the PSW Family.
At your Construction Orientation meeting, your Sales Consultant will introduce you to the PSW Field Manager who will manage the building of your home. The meeting occurs on your home site and includes an overview of PSW commitment to building a quality home, which is typically before foundation is poured. Your Field Manager will be your main point of contact during construction. You can expect to hear from your Field Manager with milestone updates throughout the building process.
Before your drywall is installed, your Field Manager will demonstrate the structural integrity, mechanical elements, and craftsmanship of your home.
PSW provides 3 formal construction walks throughout the construction process. We offer a “flex” meeting, where you can schedule a time to meet your Sales Consultant on site to show off your home to friends and family, meet your personal contractors on site, or to simply get another peek at your home.
Upon the completion of your home, your Field Manager and/or PSW Customer Service Representative will walk your home with you to provide a detailed demonstration of your home systems. They will also review our warranty program and important contact numbers.
After closing and funding at a title company, the keys are yours! But you will still see us well beyond the closing as we offer a comprehensive warranty program. Even better, we proactively schedule a 1, 5, and 11 month walk with you to ensure your home is in order, discuss homeowner maintenance opportunities, and confirm that your home still meets PSW’s high quality standards.
PSW proudly offers a comprehensive 1 year fit and finish, 2 year plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and 10 year structural warranty.
We don’t passively offer these warranties and hope that our phone doesn’t ring. Instead, our Customer Service team proactively schedules 1, 5, and 11 month walk with you to ensure your home is in order and discuss homeowner seasonal maintenance opportunities.
You’ll also have the ability to submit a warranty claim 24/7 via our online system, BuildTopia. Upon submitting a claim, your Customer Service Representative will coordinate the appropriate service or repairs.
PSW Community Management provides Homeowner Association management in partnership with the Association board of directors to maintain, enhance, and protect your PSW community. A well-managed Association not only helps retain property values, but simply makes life easier.
